He later joined CarDekho, where he played a pivotal role in establishing over 100 vehicle inspection standards. Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact, Bharath invested his savings into founding Encharge, a climate tech startup dedicated to revolutionising electricity management. ## Ayush Gupta — CTO and Co-Founder

Ayush Gupta is CTO and Co-Founder of Encharge, a leading deep-tech startup revolutionising electricity management. As a mechanical design engineer, he is the key designer of Enmate, Encharge's compact room-level energy monitor, and has secured design patents for it. He joined Encharge in 2023, bringing over five years of experience in technology and having previously served as Vice President of Technology at a hyper-local e-commerce startup. His expertise in building scalable tech ecosystems and developing self-managed, IoT-based energy optimization solutions has laid the foundation for Encharge's growth and market leadership. Under his leadership, Encharge has built a robust infrastructure capable of scaling to 10 million IoT devices, handling billions of data logs, and delivering measurable energy efficiency benefits. Encharge awarded ₹1 crore in ESOPs to its core tech team. Ayush leverages AI and ML to create IoT devices that enable real-time energy monitoring, optimize consumption, and detect faults.
