At Enlog, we stand behind our products. This policy explains how we handle returns for defective items.

Returns for Defective Products

We accept returns for defective products only. If you receive a faulty or defective product—such as a malfunctioning Enmate, EnPro, or EnSense device—please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return and process a refund or replacement.

No Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. For defective items, we will process a return and refund as per this policy. If you need a different product or variant, please place a new order.

Return Process

To initiate a return for a defective product:

  1. Email us at hi@enlog.co.in with your order details and a description of the defect.
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the product back as instructed. Return shipping for defective items is covered by Enlog.
  4. Once we receive and verify the defect, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
